In a bold move to enhance its facilities, Stroud Court has recently commissioned development work on one of its residential homes in partnership with DJP Construction. The investment underscores the Trust’s dedication to creating comfortable, modern living environments tailored to the unique needs of its residents. This is the first step in its development plan.

The organisation has announced an increase in staff pay, setting wages above the Real Living Wage—a move designed to attract and retain dedicated professionals in an increasingly competitive sector. Alongside better pay, the Trust has introduced measures to improve working conditions, ensuring employees feel appreciated and equipped to provide high standards of care.
