Our Brand New Website

Hello and welcome to our new look website, I hope it’s a bit easier to find your way around now we’ve simplified it.

This seems like a good time to renew and refresh things generally so as well as updating our web site, we’ve been busy over recent months re-introducing some of the activities and events we could not provide during the restrictions imposed on us by the pandemic – aromatherapy and music for example, along with trips out to the restaurant, the theatre, and concerts.

We now have a new multipurpose hub that can be used for a wide variety of activities and the three new single person accommodation facilities on the East Wing of the main house are now fully completed.  Sadly, we have not been able to consider any new clients as yet due to the difficulties faced by many in recruiting and retaining staff, but we are hopeful that our new recruitment drive will prove successful and we are looking forward to welcoming new residents as soon as we can.

There is no question that the next few months will be increasingly difficult for many of us due to the soaring increase in the cost of living and the difficulties local authorities have in paying for the actual cost of the care and support they require from providers whilst balance their diminishing budgets, but we are determined to do all we can to support our fantastic staff through realistic salary adjustments and bonus payments.  Despite this, we will continue to have a meaningful impact on the lives of all of our clients and we are looking forward to getting back to doing what we do best – supporting autistic adults to lead the life they choose.
